Ok, I will be the first to admit. I like being right when it comes to Christianity. Admitting that I could actually be wrong about some facet of Scripture is pretty much out of the question. I have figured out every single question or fact about the Bible. I know why I'm right and why you're wrong. Nothing you tell me will change my mind. I am grounded in every single one of my beliefs.
All right, I will also be the first to tell you that the previous paragraph is wrong.
Isn't this the way we live our Christian lives sometimes though? This "I am the only right one in this world!" mentality? Well, sadly this is neither good for us or for our local church. We ALL believe something to be true that is wrong. The only man to ever walk the face of the earth and be right about every single issue was the Lord Jesus Himself. No one else will ever be able to achieve His level of wisdom.
So what do we do?
We cannot let differences ruin our relationships with others. Thats what this blog is about. There is no way that everyone on here will have the same opinions. That's OK. We don't need to think the same things on unimportant issues. Issues of how to be saved and who Jesus was? Yes. Predestination and speaking in tongues? No. This blog is for Christians who are living lives that are striving to know God better. I want this blog to be a place where Christians can share what God is teaching them and how they are spreading His Word to others.
We as Christians are truly "All for One".
